What We Do
Estimate My Injury is a free tool that helps you estimate what your personal injury claim might be worth, before you ever pick up the phone to call an attorney.
We built this because too many people put off getting help after an accident, not because they don’t need it, but because they’re intimidated. They don’t know what a case is worth, what a consultation costs, or what questions to even ask. Our calculator gives you a realistic starting range, covering car accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries, and more, based on how settlement values actually work across different U.S. states.
We are not a law firm, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Think of us as a starting point: a way to walk into that first conversation with an attorney already informed, instead of walking in blind.
How We Built This
Our estimates aren’t guesswork. They’re built from years of research into how personal injury claims are valued, state statutes, federal guidelines like the Federal Tort Claims Act, and reporting from authoritative legal and financial publishers. Every state handles negligence, damage caps, and comparative fault differently, so our calculator accounts for those differences rather than giving one generic number.

About the Founder

I’m Sujit Show, the person behind EstimateMyInjury.com. I’m an MBA student focused on operations management, and I built this site as an independent project over the past several years, driven by a simple observation: most people are scared to even talk to a lawyer because they don’t know what it’ll cost them, or whether their situation is even worth pursuing.
I'm not a lawyer, and I don't pretend to be one. What I've done instead is spend years reading state statutes where publicly available, following authoritative legal and financial news, and studying how insurers and courts actually value claims, then translating all of it into plain language anyone can understand, regardless of their background.

My goal isn’t to replace a lawyer. It’s to make sure you never have to have that first conversation from a position of total uncertainty.
